Is France close to social revolution?

This question is being posed in BBC news reports. Today's Guardian has a similar theme:

Hundreds of thousands of people are expected to march through the streets of France today as the traditional May Day rallies become a focus point for anger over factory closures, job cuts and Nicolas Sarkozy's handling of the economic crisis.

Are the proletarians of Paris (and elsewhere) revolting? No, alas, they are demanding more crumbs or, in the case of the real utopians, more cake. Socialists, by contrast, demand the bakery!

The press have been waiting to feed on this, peoples frustration and uncertainty for their future, expressed in protest and violence.Good rating headlines and a captive audience.

The state thugs in uniform performed their duty, and dealt to those who would demand that those who they elected look after their interests.Only to be subdued by violence and thugery.Owe for Socialism i dont get a gun for there are times one says enough of this capital self service to greed and its nature.

Violence to humans or property, is not productive or conducive to the betterment of our need.
